We have some documentation on metadata application profiles (http://library.duke.edu/trac/dc/wiki/Trident/MetadataApplicationProfile) which includes a link to our metadata form relaxNG schema (http://library.duke.edu/xml/schemas/trident/metadataform.rng)

Thanks for the comment.  We are working on moving a lot of information over to tridentproject.org in the next few days, and making it a little better organized.
